TERMS OF SERVICE
Use Syllabo as a planning aid, and verify every deadline.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
The service
Syllabo extracts course information from syllabus files, lets you review it, and can send selected deadlines to Google Calendar. The current release is an early educational planning service and may change as the product develops.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking extracted dates against official course materials and instructor updates. Syllabo is not the official source of academic deadlines and does not guarantee that an automated extraction, reminder, or calendar sync is complete or correct.
Your account and content
You must use an account you are authorized to access and keep that account secure. You retain ownership of uploaded materials. You confirm that you have permission to process them and grant Syllabo the limited right to process their contents only to provide the requested features.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another user's data, disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use automated traffic that degrades availability.
Third-party services
Google, Vercel, Neon, and any configured AI provider operate under their own terms and policies. Availability of their services can affect Syllabo. Google Calendar events created by Syllabo remain subject to your Google account controls.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or change features for security, reliability, or operational reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use
You can stop using Syllabo at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may restrict accounts that materially violate these terms or threaten the service or other users.
